Voodooh hope to cast a spell on UK digital sector

The UK's latest digital out-of-home productions and consultancy company, Voodooh has launched, headed up by three industry stalwarts from outdoor giants Clear Channel, JC Decaux and Ram Vision.

Focused on delivering intelligent content in this growing space for advertisers, creatives, media owners, agencies, specialists and system integrators Voodooh will seek to offer scalable cost-effective solutions.

Voodooh founder Keith Nilsen, former head of digital and creative for Clear Channel. Nilsen remarked: “With digital continuing to be the primary driver behind the growth of Outdoor advertising, understanding the end-to- end technology ecosystem has become ever more critical in unlocking the inherent capabilities of the medium.

“Working in the creative and operational departments of the industry’s largest media owners, we saw the opportunity to bring together a team of experts who are uniquely positioned to provide an impartial yet experienced perspective on the day-to- day delivery, integration and operational aspects of the industry. The voodooh team has a shared ambition to help our partners realise and redefine the next level of digital out-of- home.”

Nilsen will be joined by co-founder and technical director Martin Ayrton who co-founded Dooh.com before leaving to take up his current role as well as director of creative and delivery Savvas Tombouloglou, who arrives as the JCDecaux’s recently departed head of digital innovation having also served as creative director at Ram Vision.
